Key Responsibilities
- Develop bold creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and key brand
moments that resonate with our audience
- Lead the creative vision across digital, retail, and social platforms — owning the look
and feel of every touchpoint
- Design hero assets and key visuals that tell a cohesive visual story across all
channels
- Manage, mentor, and elevate a team of Graphic Designers — setting the creative bar
and guiding day-to-day output
- Ensure all deliverables align with 2S Homewear's brand identity, tone, and quality
standards
- Partner closely with the Marketing Manager and marketing team to bring campaign
concepts to life from brief to final asset
- Stay ahead of fashion and design trends; collaborate with the fashion design team on
graphics for licensed collections
Requirements
- 4–6 years of professional graphic design experience; fashion or retail background is
a strong plus
- A compelling portfolio showcasing campaigns, brand identity, and editorial design
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, and
InDesign
- Solid working knowledge of Figma for collaborative design and prototyping
- Familiarity with Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro for motion and video assets is a
plus
- Strong understanding of typography, grid systems, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Experience leading or managing a design team with the ability to give clear,
constructive creative direction
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a
fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset across creative and
non-creative teams
