Job Description

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will take full ownership of the visual identity and creative execution across all mall-related branding and marketing initiatives for Al Marasem. You will lead the development of compelling creative concepts, ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, and deliver high-quality design solutions that support marketing campaigns, tenant communications, and overall mall positioning.

Your role involves providing creative direction, technical design expertise, and hands-on execution to produce engaging visuals across both digital and offline platforms, while collaborating closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure excellence in delivery.

Your responsibilities will encompass the following key areas:

Creative & Brand Management:

  • Develop and execute innovative creative concepts for mall campaigns, seasonal activations, and events.
  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms and marketing materials.
  • Lead the visual direction for campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and brand positioning.

Design & Content Development:

  • Design high-quality marketing materials including social media creatives, digital ads, website visuals, and mobile app graphics.
  • Produce artwork for on-ground branding such as hoardings, signage, wayfinding systems, lightboxes, and event branding.
  • Create engaging visual content including animations, dynamic ads, and digital screen visuals.

Production & Execution:

  • Prepare and deliver print-ready artwork, including large-format designs, ensuring accuracy and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and production suppliers for printing and fabrication processes.
  • Oversee execution to ensure final outputs meet design expectations and brand standards.

Visual Direction & Media Support:

  • Art direct and oversee photo and video shoots for the mall and its tenants.
  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and content creators to ensure high-quality outputs.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Support leasing, marketing, and management teams with presentations, promotional materials, and visual assets.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within retail, shopping malls, or commercial real estate environments.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign development, and multi-platform design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience in motion graphics, animation, and digital content creation is highly advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of large-format printing and production processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
