Senior Graphic Designer

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a refined aesthetic and strong creative vision to lead the visual communication and branding efforts for BG Group. The ideal candidate will have prior experience designing for luxury real estate, architecture, or interior design brands, and a portfolio that demonstrates excellence in visual storytelling.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute high-quality branding, marketing, and promotional materials for luxury villa and landscaping projects.
• Design brochures, social media content, presentations, and visual portfolios aligned with the company's premium image.
• Maintain and evolve brand identity guidelines across all communication platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to produce visually engaging content that attracts high-end clientele.
• Create digital advertising visuals, 3D render presentations, and client proposal layouts.
• Stay current with design trends and luxury branding techniques to enhance creative output.
• Provide direction, feedback, and mentorship to junior designers when required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within luxury real estate, architecture, or construction industries.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant tools.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating luxury-oriented, high-quality design work is mandatory.
• Excellent understanding of both digital and print design.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
