Core Responsibilities:-
Operational & Functional Excellence
- Lead the development of creative concepts, visual identities, and branding initiatives across the organization.
- Ensure all creative outputs consistently adhere to approved brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements to brand identity to maintain a modern and competitive market presence.
- Translate business requirements into compelling visual solutions that effectively communicate key messages.
- Design and produce high-quality marketing and communication materials including brochures, flyers, roll-ups, outdoor advertisements, reports, and corporate publications.
- Prepare production-ready artwork and ensure all print specifications are met prior to release.
- Coordinate with vendors and printing suppliers to ensure quality and accuracy of final deliverables.
- Design engaging visual content for social media platforms, websites, digital campaigns, email communications, and internal communication channels.
- Ensure digital designs are optimized for various platforms and audience engagement.
- Support the creation, editing, and enhancement of video content for marketing and corporate communication purposes.
- Develop motion graphics, animated elements, intro/outro sequences, and visual effects aligned with brand standards.
- Develop executive-level presentations, event materials, and interactive visual content.
- Support leadership presentations and corporate events through visually impactful communication materials.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting agreed deadlines and quality expectations.
- Take ownership of creative projects from concept development through final execution and delivery.
- Prioritize workload effectively and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
People & Collaboration
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior designers and team members.
- Share creative expertise, best practices, and emerging design trends with the team.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, communications, operations, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
Customer, Patient & Stakeholder Focus
- Develop creative materials that enhance customer, patient, and stakeholder engagement experiences.
- Ensure communication materials effectively support organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Understand target audience needs and incorporate audience-centric design principles into all creative outputs.
- Respond proactively to stakeholder feedback and implement appropriate design enhancements.
- Maintain professionalism and service excellence when supporting internal and external stakeholders.
Compliance, Safety & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure all creative materials comply with organizational branding standards, policies, copyright regulations, and applicable legal requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive corporate information and design assets.
- Adhere to workplace health, safety, and information security requirements during project execution.
- Continuously evaluate creative processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, design software, and best practices to drive innovation.
Requirements:-
- Bachelor's degree at any discipline.
- 5 to 8 years of experience at the same role.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong knowledge of branding, typography, layout design, and visual communication principles.
- Knowledge in video editing, motion graphics, and presentation design.
