Role Description This role is responsible for developing and executing high-quality visual concepts and designs that support the Connbridge Real Estate brand across digital and print channels. Day-to-day tasks include creating marketing collateral, social media assets, property brochures, presentations, and campaigns that align with brand guidelines and business objectives. The Senior Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to translate strategic goals into compelling visual materials, maintain consistency in brand identity, and manage multiple design projects from concept to final delivery. The role also involves providing creative direction, mentoring junior designers, and staying current with design trends relevant to luxury real estate.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, including layout, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Demonstrated experience in Logo Design and Branding, with the ability to build and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
• Advanced knowledge of Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability across digital and print formats.
• Expert-level skills with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD or similar).
• Proven portfolio showcasing high-end, professional design work, ideally within luxury, real estate, or related industries.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
• Experience in digital marketing design (social media, web, email campaigns) is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles, motion graphics, or photography is a plus.
