Job Purpose

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to lead our design efforts, drive creative strategies, and produce visually stunning assets that resonate with our audiences. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our designs align with the company's goals and objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and creation of visual designs for branding, marketing campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, and more.
• Develop and maintain design systems, brand guidelines, and templates for consistency.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Development teams to align visuals with company objectives and target audience preferences.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to incorporate innovative techniques.
• Coordinate with external vendors, printers, or freelancers when necessary.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for digital and print mediums.

Essential Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferable.
• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop - Illustrator - InDesign), Figma, Canva, etc.
• Good Experience with AI-assisted design tools for marketing purposes.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and branding.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to present ideas and lead design discussions.
  
  

Desirable Skills And Qualifications

• Experience in motion graphics, animation, or video editing is a plus.
