Job Purpose
The Senior Graphic Designer plays a central role in conceptualizing, developing, and executing creative design materials across digital, print, and multimedia platforms. This role supports campaign delivery, brand development, and marketing strategies by translating creative briefs into visually compelling content. The Senior Graphic Designer also contributes to mentoring junior designers and maintaining consistency in visual brand identity across Floward's channels and regions.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Development & Conceptualization
- Lead the development of visual concepts for campaigns and brand assets.
- Translate marketing briefs into impactful designs that resonate with target audiences.
- Present mock-ups and design concepts to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
Design Execution
- Design and produce high-quality graphics for web, social media, print, packaging, emailers, and more.
- Ensure consistency with Floward's brand guidelines, typography, and visual tone across all outputs.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Art Directors, Copywriters, and content producers to execute integrated campaigns.
- Support the business development and digital teams with branded visual assets for presentations and product launches.
Mentorship & Team Support
- Provide creative guidance and mentorship to junior designers and interns.
- Share feedback and support team members in achieving design quality and deadlines.
Project & Time Management
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Prioritize tasks and ensure delivery of design assets on schedule and at the highest standard.
Continuous Improvement & Trend Awareness
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and design best practices.
- Integrate new ideas and innovations into creative work that supports campaign and brand performance.
Education
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
Experience
- 46 years of hands-on experience in graphic design roles, preferably in a branding, agency, or e-commerce environment.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and design across digital and print channels.
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with motion graphics, Figma, or other digital prototyping tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of layout design, typography, and color theory.
Soft Skills
- Organized, creative, and detail-oriented.
- Effective communicator with strong collaboration skills.
- Capable of handling multiple priorities with confidence and professionalism.
