Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo, responsible for leading visual design projects that support brand and marketing objectives. This role includes creating and refining brand identities, designing packaging, marketing materials, social media content, and digital assets aligned with the company's visual guidelines. The Senior Graphic Designer collaborates with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate business needs into compelling visual concepts and campaigns. Daily tasks involve developing design concepts, producing high-quality graphics, preparing files for print and digital use, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. The role also includes mentoring junior designers, maintaining design standards, and contributing creative input to support product launches and market expansion initiatives.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Excellent knowledge of branding, visual identity, typography, and color theory.

Experience in designing social media content, marketing materials, packaging, and promotional campaigns.

Strong knowledge of AI-powered design tools and their practical application in graphic design.

Creative mindset with strong conceptual and visual thinking.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
