Senior Graphic Designer

The ideal candidate should be responsible for creating visual assets with extensive experience in creating logos and developing brand identities for businesses, social media visuals, plus designing marketing materials, and supporting design projects to meet client objectives and brand guidelines with 5 years of experience. The Senior Graphic Designer collaborate with creative teams, follow design briefs, and produce high-quality graphics for various marketing channels.

Job responsibilities are but not limited to:

•Develop creative concepts and visual directions based on client briefs and marketing objectives.

•Create high-quality designs for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, advertisements, websites, and marketing materials.

•Develop and maintain brand identities, ensuring consistency across all communication materials.

•Design creative assets for campaigns, events, activations, and corporate communications.

•Collaborate with the Creative, Marketing, Content, Account Management, and Business Development teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

•Translate creative briefs and strategic requirements into strong visual concepts.

•Present design concepts and creative solutions internally and to clients when required.

•Ensure all artwork meets professional design, branding, and technical standards.

•Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

•Review and provide constructive feedback on designs produced by junior and mid-level designers.

•Support the Art Director in developing creative directions and campaign concepts.

•Stay updated on current design trends, digital formats, typography, visual styles, and creative technologies.

•Prepare final artwork according to technical specifications for digital and print production.

• Ensure proper organization and management of design files and project assets.
