Senior Graphic Designer

• Lead the design and development of creative concepts for marketing, branding, and internal communication materials
• Create high-quality visuals for digital and print channels (social media, presentations, campaigns, events, etc.)
• Ensure brand consistency across all designs and communications
• Collaborate with Marketing, HR, Sports, and other departments to understand design requirements and deliver solutions
• Review, guide, and provide feedback on designs created by junior designers
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize deadlines effectively
• Maintain and organize design assets and templates
• Stay updated with design trends and recommend creative improvements
• Support in marketing initiatives.
  

Qualifications:

• To perform your job successfully, you need to have the following minimum requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or related field
• 3–5+ years of professional design experience
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and branding work
• Good project management and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to mentor and guide junior team members

Authorities:

· Approve final design outputs before publishing

· Recommend creative direction and design standards

· Prioritize design requests and timelines in coordination with stakeholders

· Provide technical guidance to junior designers
