Role Overview

The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for leading the visual identity, creative direction, and design execution across all brand and product touchpoints. This role ensures brand consistency, high-impact visual storytelling, and supports marketing, product, and business teams with innovative design solutions. The Senior Graphic Designer also leverages advanced AI tools to enhance speed, creativity, and production quality.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Development & Execution

  • Lead the creation of visual assets for campaigns, social media, product interfaces, pitch decks, events, and brand communications.
  • Produce high-quality static, motion, and AI-enhanced visuals using both traditional design tools and next-generation AI platforms.
  • Develop concept boards, mockups, storyboards, and creative directions for internal and external use.
  • Utilize AI tools (Photoshop Generative Fill, Adobe Firefly, Illustrator AI, Mid Journey, Runway) to speed up ideation and enhance creative outputs.
  • Translate business briefs into strong conceptual directions and polished final designs.

Brand Identity & Consistency

  • Maintain, evolve, and enforce brand guidelines across all channels.
  • Ensure consistent visual identity across digital, social, print, and product environments.
  • Introduce modern creative standards and AI-based workflows to improve output and efficiency.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Content, Product and Social Media teams.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and propose visual concepts for campaigns and product launches.

Project & Workflow Management

  • Manage multiple design projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.
  • Ensure fast turnarounds using both manual design processes and AI-assisted production techniques.

Creative Innovation

  • Stay updated on design trends, motion aesthetics, and emerging AI creative tools.
  • Explore new techniques using generative AI to improve productivity and visual impact.
  • Lead creative production for major brand campaigns, rebranding initiatives, and special visual projects.

Profile Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related creative field.

Experience

  • 2 4+ years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Experience in digital-first industries (fintech, tech, digital marketing) is preferred.

Skills

  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite:
  • Photoshop (including Generative Fill)
  • Illustrator (including Illustrator AI features)
  • InDesign
  • After Effects
  • Proficient in AI-assisted creative tools:
  • Adobe Firefly
  • Midjourney
  • Runway (video & motion AI tools)
  • Ability to create illustrations, icons, digital layouts, motion graphics, and branded templates.
  • Strong understanding of social media formats and platform-specific requirements.
  • Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling.
  • High attention to detail and quality.
