Senior Graphic Designer

Job Purpose

The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for developing creative, high-quality visual concepts and designs that strengthen the company's brand identity and support marketing campaigns, events, entertainment projects, and business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and key visuals for campaigns, events, activations, and entertainment projects.
• Design digital and print materials, including social media content, presentations, advertising, signage, and promotional materials.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
• Translate business and marketing briefs into compelling visual solutions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, Operations, and external agencies or suppliers.
• Manage multiple creative projects from concept through final execution.
• Review artwork and production materials to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Stay updated on design, digital, entertainment, and creative industry trends.
• Provide creative guidance and support to junior designers when required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of relevant graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign, digital, and print design capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Motion graphics and video editing experience is an advantage.
• Experience within entertainment, events, hospitality, lifestyle, or creative agencies is preferred.
