Senior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging digital assets: social media posts, stories, ads, and campaign visuals with fast turnaround and multiple versions per request.
• Produce print-ready materials (brochures, flyers, signage, packaging, roll-ups, large-format) with correct file setup: CMYK, bleed, dielines, and export specifications.
• Coordinate with printing suppliers: quotations, proofing, color checks, and quality control on delivery.
• Maintain brand identity system: guidelines, templates, and an organized asset library for the marketing team.
• Design presentation decks, pitch materials, and internal/corporate visual assets.
• Handle basic motion tasks (simple social animations, trims, captions) and collaborate closely with the motion designer on multimedia projects.
• Use AI design tools to boost productivity concept generation, mockups, and image enhancement — while maintaining brand integrity.
• Manage multiple design requests simultaneously with strong quality control and visual consistency across all outputs.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of proven graphic design experience with a portfolio spanning digital campaigns and print production.
• Expert-level Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Working knowledge of After Effects for basic motion and animation
• Solid knowledge of print production workflows: color management, pre-press preparation, and supplier follow-up if needed.
• Strong command of social media design formats and best practices, including fast turnaround and versioning.
• Familiarity with AI design tools (image generation, enhancement, mockups)is a strong plus.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple briefs, and adapt to changing requirements.
