Senior Graphic Designer

Role Overview

NIP Realty is seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented, and market-savvy Senior Graphic Designer with strong experience in Dubai's real estate sector. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of hands-on UAE real estate design expertise, 6+ years total graphic design experience, and the ability to translate marketing strategies into visually compelling real estate campaigns.

This role requires someone who understands Dubai's competitive property market, luxury branding styles, and fast-paced project requirements. You will work closely with brokers, marketing teams, photographers, videographers, and developers to produce high-quality visuals that elevate NIP Realty's brand presence.

Key responsibilities

Branding & Creative Direction

• Develop and maintain NIP Realty's brand identity across all marketing platforms.
• Lead creative direction for property launches, developer campaigns, and corporate branding.

Real Estate Marketing Design

• Create brochures, floor plan layouts, property presentations, digital ads, hoardings, billboards, signage, and print collateral.
• Design high-quality social media content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Produce listing visuals, agent marketing materials, and property promotional kits.
• Enhance property renders, photographs, and video thumbnails.

Digital & Advertising

• Design digital campaigns for lead generation and performance marketing.
• Create content for websites, landing pages, email marketing, and online portals.
• Ensure all designs align with NIP Realty's marketing objectives and branding guidelines.

Collaboration & Project Management

• Work closely with the marketing manager, real estate agents, and management team.
• Provide art direction for photoshoots and video production.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with quick turnaround times.
• Coordinate with printers, signage vendors, and production teams for flawless execution.

Qualifications & Experience

• 6+ years overall professional experience in graphic design.
• Minimum 4 years UAE real estate design experience in brokerage or developer environments.
• Strong portfolio featuring real estate branding, luxury design themes, and Dubai-style marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

Technical Skills

• Adobe Photoshop – expert
• Adobe Illustrator – expert
• Adobe InDesign – strong proficiency
• After Effects / Premiere Pro – motion graphics & video editing
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX or Figma (a plus)
• Experience editing renders, floor plans, and architectural visuals
