Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the visual direction of Octaholic's brand and client projects, translating strategic concepts into compelling digital and print designs. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating graphics for campaigns, websites, social media, and presentations; developing and refining logos and brand identities; and ensuring consistent visual standards across all materials. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing, content, and analytics teams to produce design assets that support performance-driven campaigns, as well as mentoring junior designers and contributing to design process improvements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Nozha.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating digital and print work.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including developing cohesive visual identities for diverse clients.
- Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles to create clear, engaging visual communication.
- Advanced ability with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD or Figma).
- Experience designing for digital marketing channels (social media, web, email) and awareness of current design trends.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, work within brand guidelines, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience presenting design concepts to stakeholders.
- Several years of professional experience in graphic design; agency or startup experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
