Senior Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our marketing agency. The ideal candidate will lead the design and execution of high-quality visual content across digital and print channels, ensuring all creative work aligns with client objectives, brand guidelines, and marketing strategies. This role requires strong conceptual thinking, excellent design skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative design process from concept to final execution for a variety of client projects.
• Develop compelling visual identities, marketing campaigns, and brand assets.
• Design digital and print materials, including social media content, advertisements, presentations, brochures, packaging, email campaigns, and website graphics.
• Collaborate closely with account managers, copywriters, marketing strategists, and creative team members to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
• Present creative concepts and design rationale to internal teams and clients.
• Ensure consistency across all client branding and visual communications.
• Review and provide constructive feedback to junior designers, maintaining high creative standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and client expectations.
• Stay updated on design trends, marketing best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Prepare production-ready artwork and coordinate with printers, developers, or external vendors when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a marketing, advertising, or creative agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital marketing, campaign design, and print work.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Canva, or similar design tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or animation (After Effects/Premiere Pro) is an advantage.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles is considered a plus.
