Job Title: Senior Brand Designer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Designer to join a boutique branding agency in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to lead end-to-end brand projects for residential and real estate clients, shaping their visual identity across digital and print. You'll work closely with the Creative Director and a talented team of designers to create cohesive, impactful brand experiences.
What You'll Do:
- Lead brand identity projects from concept through execution
- Develop visual languages that roll out across multiple touchpoints (print, digital, web, campaigns)
- Oversee and mentor midweight designers, fostering creative growth
- Collaborate on campaign visuals, storyboarding, websites, and digital assets
- Bring holistic thinking to brand development, not just logos or stationery
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in branding or graphic design, ideally in boutique agency environments
- Proven experience with real estate or hospitality projects (residential branding a plus)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end brand rollouts across print and digital
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and familiar with AI design tools
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to own projects independently
- Tenacious, collaborative, and comfortable seeking feedback
