Position: Senior Graphic Designer
Salary: AED 10,000 – AED 12,000
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi
Role Summary / Purpose:
The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for leading the execution of all visual design initiatives across digital, print, and on-site platforms. The role ensures consistent brand representation, high-quality creative output, and timely delivery of marketing materials while providing light supervision and guidance to internal and external creative resources.
Key Responsibilities & Authorities:
· Lead the design, development, and execution of creative assets for digital advertising campaigns, social media, and marketing initiatives.
· Design and manage hoarding boards, on-site branding, and launch materials for all new and existing projects.
· Create and oversee digital content including static designs, videos, and motion graphics for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
· Maintain and regularly update the company website (Wix), including design enhancements, forms, and user experience improvements.
· Design on-site signage and visual materials to elevate the aesthetic quality of existing sites.
· Produce and edit video content for project launches, marketing campaigns, social media, and on-site displays.
· Develop and publish weekly blog content in coordination with marketing objectives to support SEO performance.
· Design professional corporate and client presentations, including ADNOC decks, company profiles, project renders, and upcoming project materials.
· Provide creative and presentation support to Ahmed and senior management, as required.
· Offer light supervision and creative guidance to junior designers, freelancers, agencies, and vendors.
· Participate in and support photo and video shoots, including planning, creative direction, and post-production.
· Review and approve creative outputs to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and quality standards.
Required Competence / Qualifications (Education, Experience, Core Skills, Training, Certificates)
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field
Experience:
· 4–6 years of professional graphic design experience
· Prior experience in a corporate, real estate, construction, or marketing environment is preferred
· Experience handling multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Core Skills:
· Strong expertise in branding, typography, layout design, and visual storytelling
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
· Strong video editing and basic motion graphics skills
· Knowledge of digital marketing assets and social media design standards
· Working knowledge of SEO-related content and website design principles
· Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
