Job Summary
The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs that align with the company's brand strategy. The ideal candidate has strong creative thinking, advanced design skills, and the ability to lead and mentor junior designers while managing multiple projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, branding, and promotional materials.
- Design visual assets for digital platforms including social media, websites, and online advertising.
- Create print materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and corporate documents.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to produce impactful campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 47+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital, and print design work.
- Advanced proficiency in design tools such as:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe After Effects (preferred)
- Experience with social media creatives and marketing campaigns.
- Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Motion graphics or video editing experience.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Experience working with marketing teams or agencies.
