Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative concepts for branding, digital campaigns, print materials, and other marketing assets.

• Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and project goals.

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative design solutions.

• Manage and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to maintain a high standard of work.

• Stay updated on industry trends and tools to keep designs fresh and competitive.

• Prepare and deliver presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.

• Handle multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency setting.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and high-quality design work.

• Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
