Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior GRC Consultant to join our team. The successful
candidate will have a strong background in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
frameworks and practices. This role involves providing expert advice and implementing
solutions to support our clients strengthen their GRC programs.
Responsibilities
Strategic Development:
- Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive GRC frameworks and strategies
tailored to clients needs.
- Develop policies and procedures to ensure effective risk management, compliance, and
governance.
Risk Assessment And Management
- Conduct detailed risk assessments, identifying potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation plans, including control measures and monitoring
systems.
- Perform regular reviews and updates of risk management practices in line with changing
regulatory requirements.
Compliance Management
- Advise clients on regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to standards such as ISO
27001, NIST, GDPR, and others.
- Conduct compliance audits and assessments, providing recommendations for
improvement.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of compliance documentation.
Training And Awareness
- Develop and deliver GRC training programs and workshops for clients and internal
teams.
- Promote awareness of GRC best practices and regulatory changes.
Continuous Improvement
- Monitor industry trends and emerging threats, providing clients with insights and
updates.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the effectiveness of GRC
programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication Engineering, Computer science or
related fields
- 5+ years of experience in GRC consulting or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of risk management, regulatory compliance, and governance
frameworks.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, or similar.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects and leading teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex
information clearly
