Senior GRO / Egypt Team
Scope of Work :
- We are looking for a Senior Government Relations Officer (GRO) with strong expertise in managing commercial registration and regulatory compliance for companies in Saudi Arabia and Egypt. This role requires a proactive professional who is well-versed in handling platforms such as Moqeem, Qiwa, GOSI, Balady, Absher, and Mudad, and has hands-on experience managing CR (Commercial Registration), licenses, visas, and labor-related processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all government-related activities for the company including renewals, new registrations, and legal updates.
- Manage and maintain company records with relevant authorities (Ministry of Commerce, Chamber of Commerce, etc.).
- Handle day-to-day operations on government portals: Qiwa, Moqeem, GOSI, Mudad, Absher, Balady, and more.
- Process work permits, visa applications, and employee sponsorships in line with Saudi labor law.
- Liaise with legal advisors and internal teams to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Represent the company in key government departments and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies.
- Track updates in government policies and labor law changes, and advise management accordingly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a GRO or similar role with focus on Commercial Registration and labor platforms in KSA and Egypt.
- Deep knowledge of KSA and Egypt labor regulations and commercial laws.
- Excellent working knowledge of Qiwa, Moqeem, GOSI, Absher, Balady, and Mudad platforms.
