The Role: Senior Growth Manager - Marketing

The Senior Growth manager will be responsible for driving sustainable, measurable growth across Holo Mortgage and Buyers Concierge in the UAE, KSA and Morocco. This role owns the full growth funnel - from acquisition and activation through conversion, retention and revenue. You will lead growth strategy, performance marketing, CRM, experimentation and attribution, working closely with Sales, Product, Ops and Leadership to align growth initiatives with commercial outcomes. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who blends strategic thinking with executional excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and own the regional growth strategy aligned with company revenue and market expansion goals
  • Build and lead a high-performing growth and performance marketing team
  • Set clear OKRs, KPIs and forecasting models across all markets
  • Act as the central owner of growth experimentation and optimisation

Acquisition & Performance Marketing

  • Own all paid acquisition channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic, Affiliates, Marketplaces)
  • Continuously test, scale and optimise channel mix by market
  • Manage budgets across regions with a strong focus on CAC, LTV and ROI
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors where required

Funnel, CRO & CRM

  • Own the full customer journey from lead to funded mortgage / completed transaction
  • Work closely with Product and Tech to improve website, landing pages and app conversion rates
  • Lead CRM, lifecycle marketing, automation and lead nurturing strategies
  • Improve speed-to-lead, lead quality and sales conversion through data and process optimisation

Data, Analytics & Attribution

  • Build robust reporting and attribution models across channels and markets
  • Deep dive into cohort performance, funnel drop-offs and unit economics
  • Translate insights into clear, actionable growth initiatives
  • Ensure data integrity across CRM, ad platforms and internal systems

Market Expansion & Localisation

  • Adapt growth strategies for UAE, KSA and Morocco market nuances
  • Work closely with local teams to localise messaging, offers and channels
  • Support new product launches and market entries Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Sales to align on lead quality, SLAs and revenue targets
  • Work with Product and Engineering on experimentation, tracking and optimisation
  • Collaborate with Brand, Content and PR to ensure performance and brand are aligned

What We Are Looking For:

  • 8+ years experience in growth, performance marketing or revenue-focused roles
  • Proven experience scaling B2C or B2B2C platforms (fintech, proptech, marketplaces preferred)
  • Strong regional experience in the UAE and KSA (Morocco experience a plus)
  • Track record of owning and delivering aggressive growth targets
  • Deep expertise in paid media, CRO, CRM and analytics
  • Highly data-driven with strong commercial acumen
  • Experience building attribution models and dashboards
  • Comfortable managing large budgets and forecasting growth
