Role Description The Senior Growth Marketing Executive internship is a hybrid role based in Qesm El Maadi, with flexibility for partial work from home. The intern will support the development and execution of growth-focused marketing plans, including campaign strategy, digital outreach, and performance tracking across multiple channels. Daily responsibilities include conducting market and competitive research, analyzing customer segments, assisting with lead generation activities, and coordinating with sales teams to improve conversion and retention. The role also involves preparing marketing materials and reports, monitoring key metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to test and optimize growth initiatives.
Our Exciting Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced and creative Sr.GrowthMarketing Executive to join our team! As a Sr. Growth Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns that support our high-growth SaaS product. This position serves as the engine room for the Marketing team, ensuring consistency, quality, and effectiveness across all digital channels and content initiatives.
The primary mission is to drive top-of-funnel lead generation, increase brand visibility within our target markets, and provide essential materials to support the Business Development functions.
Your duties include but not limited to:
· Deploying and managing marketing activities across digital channels, including email marketing, social media platforms, and paid advertising initiatives.
· Supporting the creation, formatting, and distribution of marketing content (blog posts, case studies, webinars, newsletters) to ensure timely publication and SEO alignment.
· Monitoring key campaign metrics (CTR, MQL rates, engagement) using analytics tools and presenting weekly reports on channel performance.
· Collaborating closely with the BDM/Pre-Sales team to ensure they are equipped with up-to-date marketing collateral and lead intelligence to improve conversion rates.
To be successful in the role you must have:
· Business, Marketing, or similar degree.
· Proven experience in a marketing executive position (4- 6 Years).
· Experience in software industry.
· Marketing Automation/CRM Proficiency.
· Paid Media Optimization.
· Data Analysis & Reporting.

· Excellent verbal, written English and interpersonal communication skills
· Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
