About The Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Guest Relations Executive (Saudi National Talent) Food & Beverage at Jumeirah The Red Sea.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Ensure the hostess desk or door is always manned to provide all guests with a friendly and prompt welcome upon arrival.
  • Schedule dining reservations and arrange parties or special services according to Restaurant Reservations SOP, ensuring efficient coordination.
  • Use the F&B Enquiry/Booking checklist to handle restaurant enquiries and bookings professionally and in accordance with standards.
  • Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, match their pace, and present menus promptly after seating. Share guest names with relevant service staff immediately.
  • Act as an escort for VIP and regular guests/residents, providing personalized attention and maintaining knowledge of their preferences, allergies, and special requests.
  • Anticipate and fulfill guest needs accurately, including those with special requirements, delivering service that exceeds expectations while adhering to Heart of Jumeirah standards.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications :

  • Hold a Highschool diploma or Secondary education .
  • Have 2-3 years of experience in guest service-related work in a 5-star hotel .
  • Hold a Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Industry (desirable).
  • Possess experience of working in an international capacity.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of cultural differences showcasing trust and respect for everyone .
