About The Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Guest Services Executive to join Front Office at Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the front office operation, ensuring that all residents, guests and visitors receive an optimum level of service and care at all times by adhering to the Jumeirah signature standards to create the Jumeirah - stay different experience.
To assist the duty manager in the checking of VIP arrival apartments and the meeting and escorting of arriving residents.
To build rapport with residents and guests and maintain interaction to update the guest history profiles.
To act as a salesperson of all Jumeirah living properties, Jumeirah properties and products.
To assist in maintaining the operating costs and achieving maximum sales and profitability in the front office department.

About you:

High School Certificate is essential; a Hospitality-related Degree or Diploma is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of Front Office experience in a four-star or five-star hotel environment; Arabic language skills are preferred.
Previous experience in a serviced residence is an advantage and Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Proficient in Opera PMS with strong operational knowledge and skills.
Excellent problem-solving and guest service skills and strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
