An exciting opportunity to join CARITA Paris, an iconic French luxury beauty house known for exceptional beauty expertise, personalized service, and sophisticated client experiences.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Hair Stylist who combines strong technical expertise with creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering premium hair services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert hair cutting, styling, blow-dry, coloring, highlights, balayage, treatments, and hair transformations

• Conduct professional client consultations and recommend styles, colors, and treatments based on individual needs

• Deliver consistently high standards of service in line with luxury salon expectations

• Stay updated with current hair trends, techniques, products, and styling methods

• Build strong relationships with clients and support client retention through an exceptional service experience

• Recommend suitable professional haircare products and treatments

• Maintain excellent hygiene, presentation, and workstation standards

• Work closely with the salon team to achieve individual and business targets

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5+ years of professional hairstyling experience, preferably within a premium or luxury salon environment

• Advanced skills in hair cutting, coloring, highlights, balayage, blow-dry, styling, and hair treatments

• Strong consultation and client relationship skills

• Confident working with different hair types, textures, and styles

• Excellent understanding of professional haircare products and techniques

• Well-groomed, professional, and service-focused personality

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Relevant hairstyling qualification or certification is preferred

• Previous experience with luxury beauty or international salon brands would be an advantage
