Role Description The Senior Hair Stylist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for delivering high-end hair services and leading by example in client care and technical excellence. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients, performing precision cuts, advanced coloring, styling, and treatments, and recommending personalized hair care regimens and products. The role also involves mentoring junior stylists, maintaining salon standards, and contributing creative ideas to service offerings and trends. The Senior Hair Stylist will ensure every client receives a premium, personalized experience aligned with Star Gemini Beauty's luxury positioning and service philosophy.

Qualifications

• Strong Hair Styling and Hair Care skills, including cutting, coloring, treatments, and finishing techniques.
• Professional training or certification in Cosmetology, with up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
• Excellent Customer Service abilities, with a focus on personalized consultations and client satisfaction.
• Clear, professional Communication skills for interacting with clients and collaborating with team members.
• Experience in a premium or luxury salon environment and familiarity with high-end haircare brands.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior stylists, supporting skill development and consistent service quality.
• Strong attention to detail, hygiene, and salon presentation, with a commitment to maintaining a welcoming environment.
