We are seeking an experienced Head Waiter to join a prestigious UHNW private household in Dubai . The ideal candidate will bring a strong luxury hospitality background, exceptional service etiquette, and the ability to deliver personalized, fine-dininglevel service within a private residential setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all dining and service operations within the household.
- Deliver high-end table service in line with 5-star luxury hotel standards.
- Coordinate meal service for daily dining, formal events, and private functions.
- Supervise and guide service staff to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Liaise closely with the Butler / House Manager and kitchen team to ensure seamless service flow.
- Maintain impeccable presentation, hygiene, and service etiquette at all times.
- Anticipate the preferences and expectations of the principals and guests.
- Ensure strict confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Minimum 57 years of experience as a Head Waiter or Senior Service role in luxury 5-star hotels or high-end hospitality environments.
- Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards, etiquette, and protocols.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- High attention to detail and a refined service mindset.
- Ability to work in a private UHNW household environment with discretion and flexibility.
