The project:
This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.
Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
Provides visible health and wellbeing (H&W) leadership and direction. Provides specialist subject matter advice, guidance and assurance to senior leadership and operational teams. Support the delivery of the business and H&W strategy and objectives through ownership and delivery of projects, programs within the group H&W delivery plan.
You'll be responsible for:
Shape and implement health and wellbeing standards.
Deliver group-wide programmes on time, budget.
Guide operational teams for local delivery.
Partner with HR and HSW functions globally.
Stay ahead of wellbeing research and trends.
Analyse data to drive improvement.
Manage supplier performance and stakeholder value.
Champion continuous improvement and net zero goals.
You'll need to have:
Degree qualification in the relevant subject essential.
Chartered or professional membership is an advantage.
Membership of RIBA, MICE, CIBSE, CIOB, RICS, CIAT or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development is preferred.
Knowledge of building safety legislation, building standards, construction contracts, professional appointments and health and safety legislation.
