Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
- Conduct field visits and meetings with hospitals, medical centers, clinics, and healthcare organizations.
- Present and demonstrate Healthcare Software Solutions and Hospital Information Systems (HIS) professionally.
- Understand client operational and technical needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including:
- Lead generation
- Client meetings & presentations
- Proposal preparation
- Negotiation
- Closing deals
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with implementation and technical support teams during pre-sales and post-sales stages.
- Maintain sales reports, pipeline updates, and opportunity tracking.
- Stay updated on healthcare technology trends and competitor solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Sales / B2B Sales.
- Previous experience in one or more of the following is highly preferred:
- Hospital Information Systems (HIS)
- Healthcare Software
- Medical Systems
- ERP Solutions
- SaaS Solutions
- Enterprise Software
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Strong understanding of healthcare environments, hospital workflows, and digital healthcare solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage outdoor/client-facing activities efficiently.
- Experience using CRM systems is a plus.
Preferred Educational Background
Preferred candidates with backgrounds in:
- Pharmacy
- Medicine
- Dentistry
- Medical Sciences
Or any relevant degree with strong Healthcare Software Sales experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network within the healthcare sector is a strong advantage.
- Experience selling SaaS or enterprise solutions.
- Knowledge of healthcare digital transformation trends.
