We are seeking a stylish, confident, and outgoing Senior Hostess to join a high‑end dining and nightlife concept in Dubai. The ideal candidate brings strong guest‑facing experience, exceptional presentation, and a vibrant personality suited for premium restaurants, lounges, nightclubs, or nightlife environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, engaging, and polished demeanor
• Manage reservations, guest lists, and seating arrangements
• Coordinate guest flow during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
• Escort guests to tables or VIP areas with professional hospitality etiquette
• Handle inquiries, special requests, and VIP preferences
• Maintain a high level of personal grooming and appearance at all times
• Build rapport with guests to encourage loyalty and repeat visits
• Support the management team in front‑of‑house coordination
• Work closely with security and operations teams during nightlife events
• Uphold luxury service standards in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Hostess or Senior Hostess in high‑end restaurants, lounges, nightclubs, or nightlife venues
• Well‑groomed, and presentable appearance suitable for luxury hospitality
• Outgoing, confident, and social personality
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Ability to remain composed and professional in busy, high‑pressure settings
• Experience handling VIP guests and premium clientele
• Familiarity with reservation systems and guest‑list management
• Candidates currently in the UAE preferred; relocation support available for exceptional profiles
