Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm and professional manner.
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Coordinate with restaurant management and service teams to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and special occasions professionally.
- Monitor waiting lists and communicate estimated wait times accurately.
- Maintain the highest standards of grooming, appearance, and hospitality.
- Support and guide junior hostesses to ensure consistent service excellence.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a luxury restaurant, hotel, fine-dining venue, or high-volume hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with reservation management systems.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
