Senior HPC Systems And Cloud Engineer

Purpose of the Job:

Support and improve Linux-based infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments, with a focus on system administration, automation, containers, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices. The role supports secure, reliable production services, while HPC exposure is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities and Duties:

● Hands-on experience Linux systems administration experience.

● Experience with RHEL, Rocky Linux, or similar enterprise Linux distributions.

● Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

● Experience with Kubernetes, containers, and basic container orchestration.

● Familiarity with Ansible, Bash, Python, Git, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.

● Good understanding of networking, storage, virtualization, identity, monitoring, and security fundamentals.

● Ability to troubleshoot production systems and support day-to-day infrastructure operations.

● HPC, Slurm, GPU computing, high-performance storage, or high-speed networking experience is a preferred bonus

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

Experience:

1-2 years experience Linux systems administration.

Skills and Abilities:

• Relevant Linux, cloud, Kubernetes, or DevOps certifications are an advantage.
