About the Role:
To perform wide variety of responsible personnel and administrative tasks in the processing and maintenance of personnel related documents in support Payroll Function to ensure timely and accurate pay to employees in compliance with established policies and procedures.
Activities:
. Entering new employee information into PAPAS.
2. Entering Transfer Notifications into PAPAS.
3. Receiving new employee original passport, photos and medical report and submitting these documents to Administration Division.
4. Assigning staff number to new employees.
5. Administering cash advance to new employees.
6. Preparing payroll deduction sheet for cash advances.
7. Preparing P&C reports.
Requirement:
Diploma in accounting, business administration, finance or Management sciences or any related field.
1 to 2 years of experience.
strong computer skills with proficiency in a variety of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
