Job Description :
As a Senior HRBP for UAE last mile & sub same day delivery operations you will play a critical role in delivering the HR plan for the Delivery stations and SSD nodes accross UAE. You will work closely with the operations team providing pragmatic, commercial and employee-focussed advice and support accross UAE. You will utilize your excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills to drive employee engagement and manage change, ensuring that we retain motivated teams of employees who can deliver an excellent service to our customers.
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will enjoy a varied role and a wide range of interactions across all levels on a daily basis. You will get exposure to many different aspects of the business and have the opportunity to work on regional HR projects. You aim to deliver the highest quality service to our internal and external customers.
Key job responsibilities
- Own and manage the relationships with several client group business leaders.
- Develop plans and write detailed documents to reflect proposed initiatives, reasoning and data analysis, mechanisms for execution and time lines
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, train and coach leaders and HR resources and create strong relationship with Shared Service Centers and through hands-on admin delivery as necessary.
- Provide management support and advice to build leadership capabilities.
- Maintain a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, employee engagement and retention activities, including an understanding of compensation and benefits and development activity
- Support key HR projects and process improvements
- Demonstrate excellent analytical capabilities and influence business leaders with data-driven recommendations to improve performance, retention and the employee experience.
- Ensure alignment of HR programs by partnering with peers and colleagues in other locations and also across Corporate business units locally
- Coordinate all personnel representative relationships and legal compliance issues.
- Provide expert input to your client groups as well as the HR team in terms of local employment legislation, policies and practices.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Experience supporting hourly employee client groups (warehouse/distribution, manufacturing, or call center environments)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of leadership in operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, or manufacturing experience
