Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR Operations, Payroll, and Recruitment across multiple international locations including DUBAI | ABU DHABI | KSA | QATAR | EGYPT | KENYA | TANZANIA | UGANDA | ETHIOPIA | SOUTH AFRICA. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, process-driven, and well-versed in multi-country HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee lifecycle management (onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits).
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for HR process improvements and compliance.
Payroll Management
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for multiple geographies.
- Ensure compliance with country-specific payroll regulations and statutory requirements.
- Strong understanding of USD (Dollar) calculations and denominations, including conversions and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with Finance for payroll closures, audits, and reports.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for regional and international hiring requirements.
- Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Handle offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
Requirements
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HR Operations, Payroll, and Recruitment.
- Experience handling multi-country HR and payroll operations.
- Good understanding of USD currency and its denominations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and payroll systems.
