El Batal Development is looking for a qualified Senior HR Generalist to join our team in Obour City.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in HR.

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience within a real estate development or brokerage company — mandatory.

• Strong hands-on experience in Recruitment, Personnel, Payroll, Employee Relations and Performance Management.

• Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance procedures.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR systems.

• Availability to work full-time, on-site in Obour City.
