We're Hiring | Senior HR Lead
We're looking for a strategic and experienced Senior HR Lead to lead our Human Resources function and partner with leadership in building a high-performance organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR strategy and align people initiatives with business objectives.
- Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Drive organizational development, employee engagement, and culture initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and learning & development initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Lead HR process improvement initiatives and mentor the HR team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification (SHRM, PHR/SPHR, or CIPD) is an advantage.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
- 4+ years in an HR leadership role.
- Proven expertise in HR strategy, talent management, organizational development, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
