We are looking for HR Manager for one of our clients in the Real Estate Industry, located in New Cairo.

Role Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company's real estate business objectives.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment and manpower planning for sales, projects, technical, and administrative functions.
  • Oversee personnel affairs including contracts, onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance, and disciplinary processes.
  • Ensure full compliance with labor law, social insurance regulations, and internal policies.
  • Design and manage the performance management system, KPIs alignment, and talent development initiatives.
  • Support organizational structure design and workforce optimization across projects and sales teams.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and workforce engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • From 8 to12 years of HR experience, with at least 35 years in a managerial role within real estate industry is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law, personnel administration, and performance management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment for both technical and commercial roles.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
