We are looking for HR Manager for one of our clients in the Real Estate Industry, located in New Cairo.
Role Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company's real estate business objectives.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment and manpower planning for sales, projects, technical, and administrative functions.
- Oversee personnel affairs including contracts, onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance, and disciplinary processes.
- Ensure full compliance with labor law, social insurance regulations, and internal policies.
- Design and manage the performance management system, KPIs alignment, and talent development initiatives.
- Support organizational structure design and workforce optimization across projects and sales teams.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and workforce engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- From 8 to12 years of HR experience, with at least 35 years in a managerial role within real estate industry is a must.
- Strong knowledge of labor law, personnel administration, and performance management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment for both technical and commercial roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
