Senior HR Operations Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Operations Specialist to join our team and support the effective delivery of day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in HR Operations, Government Relations, HRIS, Payroll, and employee services.

Key Accountabilities

▸ Manage HR transactions through Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, and GOSI.

▸ Handle Government Relations and coordinate with relevant government authorities.

▸ Manage Medical Insurance administration and employee-related services.

▸ Maintain employee data and processes through HRIS .

▸ Manage and coordinate Payroll Processing.

▸ Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, and leave.

▸ Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.

Industry: General Contracting / Facility Management / Engineering Consultancy.

Experience:

▸ 7–8 years of experience in HR Operations.

▸ Experience in Contracting / Facility Management preferred.

▸ Hands-on experience with Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad & GOSI.

▸ Experience in Government Relations, HRIS, Payroll & Medical Insurance.

▸ Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.

Education:

▸ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

▸ Professional HR certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, HRCI, AIHR, or equivalent are preferred.

Languages:

▸ Arabic — Native.

▸ English — Advanced proficiency.
