As Senior HSE Manager, you will provide leadership for health, safety, and environmental performance across major infrastructure programs. This role is central to building a strong safety culture, supporting compliant project delivery, and partnering with teams and contractors to manage risk effectively across a dynamic construction environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead HSE strategy and compliance across large-scale infrastructure program delivery
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans for construction activities
- Oversee incident investigations and drive corrective and preventive actions
- Monitor contractor HSE performance and ensure adherence to project standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, engineering, or a related field
- 15+ years of HSE leadership experience on major infrastructure projects
- Proven experience managing contractor compliance, conducting HSE audits, and leading incident investigations
- Strong knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations and international safety standards
- Experience leading HSE discussions with project directors, client representatives, government authorities, and senior contractor leadership
- Professional proficiency in English
- NEBOSH, IOSH, or an equivalent professional HSE certification is preferred
