Job Purpose
To lead and manage Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) initiatives across operations ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards while fostering a strong safety culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures in line with KSA regulations.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi HSE laws, Civil Defense requirements, and company standards.
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and HSE audits.
- Investigate incidents and accidents; prepare reports and corrective action plans.
- Deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, and emergency preparedness drills.
- Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and documentation.
- Advise management on HSE risks, improvements, and best practices.
- Liaise with government authorities, contractors, and external auditors as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- 58 years of HSE experience, preferably within KSA.
- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
