Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Human Resources French Speaker role based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves managing and supporting HR processes for French-speaking employees and partners, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. The Senior HR professional will prepare and review HR documents and communications in French and English, ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, and support training and development initiatives. Daily tasks include collaborating with managers on workforce planning, handling HR inquiries, maintaining accurate employee records, and participating in HR projects aimed at improving processes and employee experience. The role also requires close coordination with internal and external stakeholders across different locations to ensure consistent HR standards.
Qualifications
  • Strong HR generalist skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Fluency in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience with HR policies, procedures, and labor law compliance, preferably within an industrial or corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, HR software) and strong administrative and organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at different levels of seniority.
  • Strong problem-solving, discretion, and conflict-resolution skills, with a focus on fairness and confidentiality.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a senior HR role or similar position, ideally in a multinational or regional group.
