Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. The role involves implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management processes. The Senior HR Business Partner will collaborate with leadership to provide strategic HR support, develop initiatives, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Expertise in HR Policies and core Human Resources (HR) functions
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and experience fostering a positive company culture
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and a focus on compliance
• Proficiency in Performance Management systems and strategies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., HR Management Accreditation) are a plus
