Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while ensuring compliance, culture alignment, and operational excellence. This role requires a proactive HR professional who can balance strategic HR practices with handson operations.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Hiring

  • Early communication with new hires to ensure all hiring documents are ready before the first working day.
  • Align with other departments regarding custody, emails, and logistics.
  • Conduct orientation sessions covering HR policies, employee benefits, and client instructions.
  • Send client notifications with new hire contact information and joining date (Outsource).
  • Manage contract signing, Form 1, and labor office documentation.

Offboarding

  • Communicate with employees regarding the termination process and vacation balance consumption.
  • Coordinate with Finance and IT to schedule the clearance day.
  • Collect medical cards (private and governmental).
  • Prepare clearance documents and finalize legal offboarding (Form 6).

Culture & Organizational Development

  • Handle employee concerns and schedule conflictresolution meetings when needed.
  • Respond to employee inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
  • Conduct pulse surveys to address culture issues and design action plans.

HR Operations

  • Maintain updated employee files (hard and soft copies).
  • Regularly update the HR database.
  • Issue HR letters, experience letters, and pay slips.
  • Manage contract renewals and terminations.
  • Update Finance with payroll changes (salary increases, new hires, promotions, renewals).
  • Provide Finance with new bank account details or changes.
  • Notify the recruitment team of resignations or terminations requiring replacement.
  • Follow up on social insurance and labor office requirements.

Employee Benefits

  • Track medical insurance enrollments and removals.
  • Follow up on employee requests, claims, and refunds.
  • Ensure timely processing of insurance payments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in IT or outsourcing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.
