Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while ensuring compliance, culture alignment, and operational excellence. This role requires a proactive HR professional who can balance strategic HR practices with handson operations.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Hiring
- Early communication with new hires to ensure all hiring documents are ready before the first working day.
- Align with other departments regarding custody, emails, and logistics.
- Conduct orientation sessions covering HR policies, employee benefits, and client instructions.
- Send client notifications with new hire contact information and joining date (Outsource).
- Manage contract signing, Form 1, and labor office documentation.
Offboarding
- Communicate with employees regarding the termination process and vacation balance consumption.
- Coordinate with Finance and IT to schedule the clearance day.
- Collect medical cards (private and governmental).
- Prepare clearance documents and finalize legal offboarding (Form 6).
Culture & Organizational Development
- Handle employee concerns and schedule conflictresolution meetings when needed.
- Respond to employee inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
- Conduct pulse surveys to address culture issues and design action plans.
HR Operations
- Maintain updated employee files (hard and soft copies).
- Regularly update the HR database.
- Issue HR letters, experience letters, and pay slips.
- Manage contract renewals and terminations.
- Update Finance with payroll changes (salary increases, new hires, promotions, renewals).
- Provide Finance with new bank account details or changes.
- Notify the recruitment team of resignations or terminations requiring replacement.
- Follow up on social insurance and labor office requirements.
Employee Benefits
- Track medical insurance enrollments and removals.
- Follow up on employee requests, claims, and refunds.
- Ensure timely processing of insurance payments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in IT or outsourcing environments.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.
