Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for a Senior Human Resources Generalist. Responsibilities include managing HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives. The Senior HR Generalist will oversee compliance with labor laws, develop HR policies, collaborate with management on workforce planning, and support employee engagement initiatives. The role requires maintaining a healthy workplace culture and fostering team development to achieve organizational goals effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
  • Skills in policy development, labor law compliance, and workforce planning
  • Proficiency in developing and facilitating employee training and engagement programs
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively across teams
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail for managing HR metrics and reporting
  • Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred but not mandatory
