Job Description
Job Purpose:
The role is responsible for supporting the full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and assisting in onboarding processes. The role ensures operational hiring requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. This position collaborates with both internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners to attract a skilled and reliable workforce.
Key Accountabilities
- Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to selection.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment events, and agencies.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews and coordinate technical assessments where applicable.
- Liaise with internal teams to understand and align with manpower requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and medical examinations.
- Verify documents and support background checks as per company standards.
- Assist in maintaining a talent pool of pre-screened candidates for future needs.
- Track recruitment activities and compile reports to monitor hiring status and metrics.
- Create and maintain employee records, process hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations in the HRIS
- Validate attendance, overtime, and leave, monitor payroll inputs, coordinate with payroll providers/finance.
- Coordinate offer-to-start logistics (documents, background checks, system setup), run orientation, and manage exit workflows (asset return, access removal, final settlement, experience letters).
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, with a focus on HR Operations.
Education:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or any related field is required.
- A master's degree in MBA or in related field is a plus.
Preferred Certifications:
Professional certification such as Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Certified Recruitment Professional (CRP), or equivalent is a plus.
