Job Description

A) Recruitment & Hiring (Primary Focus)
  • Handle end-to-end hiring: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Identify cultural fit and behavioral red flags early in the process.
  • Build and manage a continuous pipeline of candidates for retail, design, operations, and marketing.
  • Coordinate with team leads to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
B) Employee Relations
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee issues.
  • Assist in conflict resolution and communicate issues to management when necessary.
  • Follow up with employees regularly to understand morale and concerns.
  • Ensure new hires adapt well and support them during their probation period.
C) Culture & Engagement
  • Support initiatives that improve employee morale and team bonding.
  • Help implement recognition programs and internal communication routines.
  • Conduct pulse checks and provide feedback to management.
D) HR Operations
  • Maintain proper HR documentation (contracts, policies, attendance, and leave tracking).
  • Support performance review cycles and training coordination.

What We're Looking For
  • 23 years of experience as HR Specialist or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Strong experience in recruitment and interviewing.
  • Good knowledge of personality assessments and how to match traits to roles.
  • High emotional intelligence, active listening, and strong communication skills.
  • Problem solver with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Experience in retail or fashion is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
