With over 8 years of experience, we have served and partnered with more than 200 businesses.

Role Overview:

This role owns talent acquisition and people management across YAZ Media. It is not a purely administrative HR role. We are looking for someone who understands how marketing agencies operate, can identify top-tier talent, and helps build a high-performance, accountable culture. You will work closely with leadership and department heads to ensure YAZ Media scales with the right people, in the right roles, at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

  • Lead hiring across marketing, creative, performance, production, and account roles
  • Proactively source and headhunt high-quality candidates
  • Design and manage structured interview and evaluation processes
  • Partner with department leads to define role requirements and expectations
  • Maintain market awareness around talent availability and compensation

People & Performance Management

  • Own onboarding, probation, and performance review processes
  • Support managers with performance management, development plans, and feedback
  • Identify retention risks and address them proactively
  • Contribute to career paths, promotions, and succession planning

HR Operations & Culture

  • Manage HR policies, contracts, and people processes
  • Help maintain a professional, high-performance agency culture
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for people-related matters
  • Support leadership with workforce planning and organizational structure

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or HR, preferably within a marketing, creative, or digital agency
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) mandatory
  • Strong understanding of agency roles, workflows, and performance expectations
  • Proven ability to source and assess marketing and creative talent
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
  • Strong communication, judgment, and organizational skills
